    The Office Design Group will be conducting discussion group sessions to get your valuable feedback about various topics regarding SharePoint 2010’s features and functionality. We are primarily looking for individuals who have had the opportunity to use SharePoint 2010 Technical Preview. There will be a variety of sessions covering the following areas:
    • SharePoint User Interface: Ribbon, Web Edit, Blogs, Enterprise Wikis…
    • SharePoint Social Features: Communities and groups, Newsfeeds, Privacy, Micro-blogging… 
    • SharePoint Site Customization & Workflows: SharePoint site customization-client and browser, Data Visualization, Workflow- modeling, behaviors, tools…
    • Office Web Applications: Installation, adoption, usage, value…

    A session will be no longer than 2 hours and all sessions will be held between 10AM and 4PM each day.

    During these sessions you will have the opportunity to provide feedback to members of the SharePoint development team as well as interact with other SharePoint customers with similar interests.     Please ensure to bring your laptop with you each day to the event as there will be wireless coverage to the entire show floor and you will be able to utilize MySPC for all event activity throughout the venue.

     

    The wireless network at SharePoint Conference is an open, shared network, designed to require minimal configuration by attendees. Wireless security technologies such as 802.1x, WPA, WEP, etc. are not enabled. We recommend that you be prudent in securing your resources and ensure you have up to date antivirus software, as you should on any public wireless network.

     

    We will also have 150 commnet machines that will be available throughout the venue for you to utilize if you are not able to bring your laptop.  

     

    Please note the wireless network will not be available during the keynote sessions on Monday, October 19.
